The Mobility Bathroom Guide is a trading style of Search Centric Ltd ("we", "us"), the data controller for information collected on this website. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

What we do with your enquiry

Your enquiry is passed to one company only: the featured local bathroom installer named on the page where you enquired. They will contact you to arrange your free home visit. We do not sell your details, share them with any other business, or add you to marketing lists.

Calls made to a telephone number shown on our pages may be recorded for quality and to confirm your enquiry was handled properly.

When you send an enquiry, we may also follow up by text message (SMS) about that enquiry, for example to confirm we have received it, or to help arrange your call or free home visit. These are not marketing messages. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Our lawful basis

We process your enquiry on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form or place a call. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months for quality and dispute resolution purposes, then deleted. Call recordings are kept for up to 12 months.

Cookies and measuring our adverts

This site uses essential cookies needed for it to function. It also uses advertising cookies, namely the Meta pixel. We use these to measure how people find this site and whether our advertising is working. A short notice tells you this when you first arrive; it is there to inform you, and dismissing it does not switch anything on or off. We do not sell or share this data with anyone else, and we do not use it to build profiles beyond measuring our own advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and most browsers let you refuse them altogether.

Separately from cookies, when you send an enquiry we may share your contact details with the advertising platform that showed you our advert (currently Meta) in a scrambled, coded form (known as “hashing”), solely so we can measure whether our adverts are working. This is measurement only, it is not used to send you marketing, and we never share your details in readable form.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Contact
